Jan 04, 2007 · I just replaced the PCB on my Suprima40 using a refurb unit (30 quid, ebay seller 'compumerv'), no lockouts since. Previously it was locking out 5 times a day. The red light would flash and the boiler does nothing until reset -- not sure if this is *exactly* what you are seeing, which is why I mention it.
